Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
​For Youth Struggling With:

• Depression and/or anxiety
• Difficulty regulating feelings
• Management of daily living skills
• Communication and relationships
• Short attention span, inability to concentrate on tasks
• Crisis Management

 

• Non–suicidal self–injury

• Grief, loss or abandonment

• Medication management and compliance

• School anxiety

• Toxic relationships

• Gender Dysphoria

• Trauma

Program Hours Monday – Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.


Participants will attend 4 sessions a week where they and their families will learn effective strategies to achieve a healthy life balance. (Parent group session each week)

Development Agency COVID-19 Rent Relief

For families who may need COVID-19 Rent Relief, the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) now has a rent relief program that can help. Renters who have experienced economic hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and who meet additional eligibility requirements may qualify for this assistance. If you know of a family who has fallen behind on their utility bill due to COVID-19, THDA’s Rent Relief program can help with that as well. Hendersonville Church of the Nazarene 159 Luna Lane in Hendersonville has a Food Pantry for Sumner County residents with photo ID the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 4:30-6:00pm.  Thank you for loving our neighbors.

Sumner Center Transparent

The Sumner Center at NorthField Church is a community outreach program centered around families in transition and individuals with special needs in Sumner County

​

The Sumner Center offers services such as:

  • Job and interview skills training

  • Potential job placements

  • Healthy meal plans and family budgets 

  • Free dental clinic work, legal services

  • A weekday food pantry

  • Gigi's Playhouse

  • The Special Needs Sports Foundation
